The Very Rev. Chris Findley

Rector (Senior Pastor), Dean of Tennessee Deanery

Fr. Chris attended Auburn University on an Army ROTC scholarship and majored in Aviation Management. After graduation, he was commissioned and served at Ft. Sam Houston, TX, and Ft. Campbell, KY. He attended Trinity School for Ministry and, in 2002, served as a church planter with Episcopal Diocese of Tennessee. In 2013, he joined the Anglican Church in North America and St. Patrick’s. Fr. Chris became St. Patrick's 2nd Rector in 2020.  He and his wife Sheryl have been married over 25 years and have three amazing children, Aidan (22), Evan (19), and Caelyn (11).

The Rev. Wesley Brown

Associate Priest

Fr. Wesley completed studies in Biblical Studies and Theology at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Anglican Formation at Asbury Theological Seminary. He served as a Deacon and in various other ministry roles in a Southern Baptist Church until joining the Anglican Church in North America in 2016. For the last 15 years he has worked in Real Estate Closing and Escrow and served as a church planter in Clarksville, TN from 2016-2020

The Rev. Canon  Ray Ortlund

Deacon, Theologian in Residence

Dr. Ray Ortlund is a pastor, writer, and speaker. Ray received an MA from The University of California, Berkeley, a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Ray is the President of Renewal Ministries and an Emeritus Council member of The Gospel Coalition. He taught Old Testament and Semitic Languages at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL, from 1989 to 1998. He also served as an Old Testament translator for The New Living Translation and The English Standard Version of the Bible. Prior to joining the Diocese of the Western Gulf Coast and the ACNA, Dr. Ortlund served for over twenty eight years as a pastor (Presbyterian Church of America and the Acts 29 Network) in California, Oregon, Georgia and Tennessee. Ray and his wife Jani have been married for forty-five happy years. They have four children and 13 amazing grandchildren.

The Rev. Donna Allen

Deacon, Women's Pastoral Ministries

Donna was ordained as Deacon in 2023 and serves as a vocational Deacon with a pastoral focus in Women’s and Prison Ministries.  She has served in various ministry roles over many years.  She received a B.S. in Computer Science and Sociology at UT Martin and is currently studying Anglican Diaconal Studies at Trinity School for Ministry.  She has a heart for missions and for sharing the redeeming power and love of Christ’s Gospel with those who are lost and those in need of healing. Donna has 3 sons, Beau, Jacob, and Wesley, 2 daughters-in-law, Stephanie and Shelby, and 2 grandchildren, Xander and Lyla.  She enjoys reading, taking long walks, listening to people’s stories, and spending time with family.  She desires to be a lifelong learner and a servant after God’s heart.

Sandy Murray

Parish Musician & Director of Christian Education

Sandy has studied piano since she was 7 years old and attended Mississippi College in Clinton, MS where she obtained an organ performance degree in music.
Sandy served as organist and children’s music assistant at Calvary Baptist Church in Jackson, MS while attending college. She later served as organist at St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church and Rayne United Methodist Church in New Orleans. In 2005, she was accepted into the nursing program at University of Southern Mississippi in Long Beach, MS. After completion of her nursing degree in 2007, she moved to Nashville, TN to pursue a nursing career at Vanderbilt Medical Center. However, in the midst of this new career she felt a call to serve as interim music director at Historic Franklin Presbyterian Church in Franklin, TN. Since then, she has also served as music director at East Brentwood Presbyterian Church, Advent Lutheran Church in Murfreesboro and Nolensville First United Methodist Church. Currently, she is serving as organist and parish musician at St. Patrick’s Anglican Church in Murfreesboro, TN.

Wesley Cunningham

Youth Minister, St. Patrick's Youth (SPY)

Wesley grew up in middle Tennessee and was raised at St. Patrick's.  He attended Middle Tennessee State University and has served on short term missions, most recently in the Dominican Republic.  Wesley has a passion for youth and for seeing them become committed disciples of Jesus.  

Ross Lester

Volunteer Coordinator,  Administrator

Ross is a long-time member of St. Patrick's and has served in various committees including the vestry (board).  He came to St. Patrick's from a non-denominational background and runs his own business, "Everybody Drum Some".   He has a background in teaching both in the classroom and as a music instructor.  

The Vestry (Lay Board)

St. Patrick's has a strong and faithful Vestry which assists in the running of the parish including buildings and grounds, finances, safety, and logistics.  Nine members serve 3-year rotating terms with 3 new members elected at our Annual Meeting in December.
