The Very Rev. Chris Findley

Rector (Senior Pastor), Dean of Tennessee Deanery

Fr. Chris attended Auburn University on an Army ROTC scholarship and majored in Aviation Management. After graduation, he was commissioned and served at Ft. Sam Houston, TX, and Ft. Campbell, KY. He attended Trinity School for Ministry and, in 2002, served as a church planter with Episcopal Diocese of Tennessee. In 2013, he joined the Anglican Church in North America and St. Patrick’s. Fr. Chris became St. Patrick's 2nd Rector in 2020.  He and his wife Sheryl have been married over 25 years and have three amazing children, Aidan (22), Evan (19), and Caelyn (11).

The Rev. Ray Ortlund

Priest, Theologian in Residence

Dr. Ray Ortlund is a pastor, writer, and speaker. Ray received an MA from The University of California, Berkeley, a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Ray is the President of Renewal Ministries and an Emeritus Council member of The Gospel Coalition. He taught Old Testament and Semitic Languages at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, IL, from 1989 to 1998. He also served as an Old Testament translator for The New Living Translation and The English Standard Version of the Bible. Prior to joining the Diocese of the Western Gulf Coast and the ACNA, Dr. Ortlund served for over twenty eight years as a pastor (Presbyterian Church of America and the Acts 29 Network) in California, Oregon, Georgia and Tennessee. Ray and his wife Jani have been married for forty-five happy years. They have four children and 13 amazing grandchildren.

The Rev. Donna Allen

Deacon, Women's Pastoral Ministries

Donna was ordained as Deacon in 2023 and serves as a vocational Deacon with a pastoral focus in Women’s and Prison Ministries.  She has served in various ministry roles over many years.  She received a B.S. in Computer Science and Sociology at UT Martin and is currently studying Anglican Diaconal Studies at Trinity School for Ministry.  She has a heart for missions and for sharing the redeeming power and love of Christ’s Gospel with those who are lost and those in need of healing. Donna has 3 sons, Beau, Jacob, and Wesley, 2 daughters-in-law, Stephanie and Shelby, and 2 grandchildren, Xander and Lyla.  She enjoys reading, taking long walks, listening to people’s stories, and spending time with family.  She desires to be a lifelong learner and a servant after God’s heart.

Ross Lester

Discipleship Coordinator

Ross is a long-time member of St. Patrick's and has served in various committees including the vestry (board).  He came to St. Patrick's from a non-denominational background and runs his own business, "Everybody Drum Some".   He has a background in teaching both in the classroom and as a music instructor.  

Hannah Henderson

Administrative Assistant

Hannah is a long-time member of St. Patrick's and serves as the Communications Assistant for the Anglican Diocese of the South. She has a vast professional background in marketing, social media management, and visual communications. Hannah lives in Nashville with her husband, Josh.

Ashley Brannom

Children's Ministry Coordinator

Ashley and her family have been members of St. Patrick’s since 2019. She is a homeschool mom, and is director of the 8th grade program at a classical, Christian tutorial. Ashley has a BA in Organizational Communication from MTSU. She and her husband, Trey, live in Murfreesboro with their son, Riley.

Patrick Anders

Young Adults Director

Patrick has been a member of St. Patrick since he moved to Murfreesboro in the spring of 2023. He graduated from Auburn University in 2021 and has been working as a consultant in the airline industry ever since. While in college, Patrick was heavily involved in youth and college ministries. He and his wife Ashlyn live in Murfreesboro with their daughter, Rosemary (1), and are expecting another baby early next year.

Emma Maguire

Parish Musician

Emma came to Middle Tennesse from South Carolina for grad school in 2022, and she immediately fell in love with St. Patrick's. She became a member in early 2023 and has never looked back! Emma has over 20 years' experience playing piano, 10 years of experience as a collaborative pianist, and 10 years of experience leading music in churches of several denominations, including Baptist, non-denominational, Presbyterian, and Lutheran. She completed her BA in Piano Performance at North Greenville University (Tigerville, SC) and her MM in Collaborative Piano at MTSU.
In her (limited) spare time, Emma enjoys staying active through martial arts, reading, keeping up her streak on Duolingo, and spending time with her community group. When she has a chance, she goes back SC to visit family and play concertina in her friends' folk music band.

The Vestry (Lay Board)

St. Patrick's has a strong and faithful Vestry which assists in the running of the parish including buildings and grounds, finances, safety, and logistics.  Nine members serve 3-year rotating terms with 3 new members elected at our Annual Meeting in December.
