All ministry commitments are made on a one-year cycle. CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES

Be a part of growing the next generation by serving in the Nursery, Sunday School, Children’s Chapel, or in our Wednesday Night Kids Community Group. Our children are not only the future of the church, but are also an integral part of the church today.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member, meet with ministry leader, and complete MinistrySafe training and background check.

PRAYER TEAM

Lift up the cares and concerns of your fellow parishioners on the Prayer Team, which intercedes for specific needs and concerns of our parish. During Communion at each of our services, members of the prayer team are available to pray with anyone who has a need or concern in their life.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member and meet with ministry leader.

YOUTH & YOUNG ADULTS

Help our young members navigate the challenging world by supporting them as they grow into Biblically-minded Christians through Wednesday night gatherings, service projects, and special events.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member, meet with ministry leader, and complete MinistrySafe training and background check.

LITURGICAL TEAMS

Help lead the congregation as we worship the Lord on Sundays, Wednesdays, and at special events by either serving as an acolyte, reading the Scripture lesson, or singing in the choir.
Prerequisites: Meet with Rector, ministry leader, or Choir Director, and become an attending member.

WELCOME TEAMS

Be a part of creating a welcoming environment at St. Patrick’s as an usher or greeter! Whether you’re welcoming newcomers or helping the smooth flow of people for Communion, you will be a crucial part of helping visitors and members feel welcomed each week.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member and meet with ministry leader.

HOSPITALITY TEAM

Whether it’s helping serve food and snacks, setting up tables, or bringing homemade goods for fellowship Sundays, the hospitality team serves as a vital function in helping people linger in conversation and fellowship, where strangers become neighbors and friends.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member and meet with ministry leader.

MISSIONS TEAM

Take the Gospel out into the world! Our Missions Team promotes missions work and service both at home and abroad. Coordinate visits with our missionaries, help organize mission trips, and look for opportunities for St. Patrick’s to serve in Middle Tennessee and beyond.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member and meet with ministry leader.

COLLECTION COUNTING TEAM

Ensure the responsible handling of the weekly offering by helping count and secure the generous giving of the congregation.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member, meet with ministry leader, and complete a background check. Volunteers for this team must be members of St. Patrick’s for a minimum of two years and current on their giving pledges.

ALTAR GUILD

Set up all the items needed to conduct the liturgy for each service, from the hanging of the vestments in church, to the cleaning of the linens and silver, and ensuring all the supplies are available for special services.
Prerequisites: Become a confirmed member and meet with ministry leader.

CAMPUS CARE TEAM

We are stewards of all the Lord has given us - including our campus. Help care for our buildings and grounds and keep them in top condition. This may involve light yard work in flower beds, ensuring sidewalks are clear, or working with the Jr. Warden (vestry/board member) on coordinating contractor services when needed.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member and meet with ministry leader.

Monitor and be on hand to help our congregation be prepared for and respond toemergencies (medical needs, injuries, security incidents) that may occur during our services or events.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member, meet with ministry leader, and complete a background check.

TECH & MEDIA TEAM

Many have found their way to our church after first watching a service online. Play a vital behind-the-scenes role in audio and livestream productions during worship services and other events.
Prerequisites: Become an attending member and meet with ministry leader.
